Terms & Conditions

1.     Purchase Guide

1.1.  Ordering
You can check out by becoming a member of the “Reckitt HK FSS”. By becoming a Reckitt HK FSS member, you agree to the Privacy Policy, of the site, and agree to the Terms of Service of the Reckitt HK FSS membership.

1.2.  There is free delivery offered for orders over HK$400. If the order does not reach HK$400, the delivery cost will be listed on the order details. Terms & conditions apply.

1.3.  Reckitt HK FSS has the right to change the free delivery conditions, maximum order quantity or value without prior notice. For more details, please refer to the latest information on the site.

1.4.  The ordered goods are for personal use only.

1.5.  We will closely monitor the order status of our members. If we find any malicious abuse or unusual purchases, we reserve the right to cancel the order and cancel the membership.

1.6.  The direct delivery order price is subject to the webpage price.

1.7.  After confirming the order, it means that you agree to and accepts the company’s "Personal Data (Privacy) Policy", "Website Terms of Use" and "Product Order Instructions and Terms" and authorizes the company to process the order based on the information you provide for product delivery. The collection purposes are specified in the company's "Personal Data (Privacy) Rules/Disclaimer".

1.8.  In case of any disputes, Reckitt Hong Kong reserves the right to make the final decision.

2.     Payment

2.1.  Payment must be made by Credit card, Shop Pay, Google Pay or Apple Pay and payment must be made in Hong Kong dollars.

2.2.  When the member clicks the "Checkout" button, the system will automatically redirect to the payment page of the third-party online payment service provider's website for direct payment.

2.3.  Before providing payment information to a third-party online payment service provider, you must carefully read all relevant terms and conditions. When the member pays through the above-mentioned supplier's website, it means that he agrees to be bound by the supplier's requirements and terms and the external website's terms and conditions.

2.4.  To protect the interests of customers, the payee must be the credit card holder, or owner of the Shop Pay, Google Pay, or Apple Pay account used for payment. For payment inquiries about any credit card or payment channel, please contact the card-issuer or the company of the payment channel.

2.5.  We will not be liable for any damage or loss (including indirect and consequential damage and loss) suffered by you for any online payment made by you for reasons stated below, and/or relating to any delay, failure, suspension, interruption, transmission, data processing restriction or other problems caused by or arising out of payment processing relating to bank(s) and/or third parties.

2.6.  We reserve the right to refuse to accept any form of payment without providing reasons for the refusal and to change the "Product Order Instructions and Terms" without prior notice.

2.7.  After the order is generated and the payment is successfully made, the member will receive an email confirming the order. If you have not received the email confirming the order or have any enquiries about the order, please call our consumer hotline at (852) 2598 0328.


3.     Delivery

3.1.  After placing the order, we will deliver the goods according to the delivery date you selected. You must provide the recipients phone number for all orders. The delivery service is offered from 09:00 to 18:00 (Monday to Friday) or from 09:00 to 18:00 (Saturday - only morning delivery in commercial & industrial areas). Delivery service will not be provided on Sundays, public holidays, the days when the black rainstorm warning or typhoon signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, and the delivery service will be postponed. The delivery team will contact you as soon as possible to arrange delivery.

3.2.  The delivery fee includes surcharges in urban areas and remote areas, except for outlying islands, where the outlying island surcharge will be paid by the customer. Outlying islands surcharge: Ma Wan, Chek Lap Kok (including Hong Kong International Airport) (documents only), Hong Kong Disneyland is $90; Discovery Bay, Ngong Ping 360, Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Tai O, Peng Chau, Lamma Island is $120. Outlying islands (Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Chek Lap Kok, including Hong Kong International Airport, Hong Kong Disneyland) are only available for delivery on Tuesdays, Thursdays or Saturdays, and Ma Wan is only available in the morning. Other outlying islands (Ngong Ping 360, Cheung Chau, Lantau, Mui Wo, Tai O, Peng Chau, Lamma Island) are only available for delivery on Saturdays.

3.3.  Additional Labour Charge (if applicable): For buildings without lift or can only be accessed through staircases, there will be additional delivery charge per floor.

3.3.1.    If a shipment weighs from 1kg to 10kg or if the delivery address is between G+1 and G+8 levels, there will be an additional delivery charge for $30 per floor.

3.3.2.    If a shipment weighs above 10kg, and the delivery address is between G+1 and G+8 levels, there will be additional delivery charge for $60 per floor.

3.4.  If the delivery service is delayed due to any reason, the company will not bear any responsibility.

3.5.  Note: The delivery service is provided by Kerry Express.


4.     Refund Policy

4.1.  Please note that all products sold through the “Reckitt HK FSS” are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. After the transaction is complete, you cannot change or cancel the order.

4.2.  You are strongly advised to check your products upon receipt immediately.

4.3.  If there are any issues during receipt, (e.g. wrong products or damaged products), please contact our consumer hotline at (852) 2598 0328.
